WE REQUIRE A PARTIAL PAYMENT TO PLACE A RESERVATION. YOUR PARTIAL PAYMENT GOES TOWARDS THE OVERALL COST OF THE RENTAL, AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 

THERE IS A $900 DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR PERSONAL WATERCRAFT/WAVERUNNERS AND UTV'S/RAZORS TAKEN AT THE TIME OF RENTAL WITH A CARD IN THE RENTER'S NAME.

The undersigned lessee agrees to rent boats, personal watercraft or UTV's described below, hereinafter referred to as “Equipment” at the rates established by the lessor and to furnish the required deposit which will be refunded twenty-four hours after return of the Equipment in a satisfactory condition. The lessee further agrees to pay for all damage to the Equipment as well as retrieval fees if necessary. Lessee agrees to resolve the issue in Arizona state jurisdiction. Lessee agrees to pay for any lost rental days due to damage done to the equipment and not being able to Lease Equipment for next scheduled rental. Lessee agrees to abide by the following rules and recommendations: 

• The equipment may only be operated in areas where safe operation is possible. 
• When operating a personal watercraft always wear a life jacket. Anyone 12yrs or younger always wear a life vest.
• When operating a UTV always wear a seatbelt. Anyone 17yrs or younger always wear a helmet.
• No one under the age of 21 may operate or rent a personal watercraft, boat or UTV.
• Must follow all boating/UTV safety rules. 
• Must remain 200 feet away from all other boats (while creating a wake), persons, swimmer and objects at all times.
• Must remain 200 feet away from all shorelines (while creating a wake) unless coming in or out. When entering or leaving an area, be sure to stay off plane and leave no wake.  
• Must remain 200 feet away from all other UTV<ATV<vehicles, persons and objects at all times.
• In the event that the lessee does extensive damage and the unit is not available to rent, the lessee agrees to pay for the rental fee that is lost as well as the damage until the unit is available to rent at current rental and labor rates. If you are renting a personal watercraft and you overturn the watercraft the lessee will pay at least $400 fee. The lessee will not receive additional time for rental unless he pays for it. Lessee accepts the condition of the boat, personal watercraft or UTV at the beginning of the lease period, except as noted on this agreement.  
• You must have a spotter if you are pulling a tube or a skier. 

Deposits for reservations are as follows: 25% down. If you cancel two weeks prior to your reservation, a 100% refund of the  deposit will be credited back in 7 days. If you cancel within the two-week period, we keep your deposit. You can move your  dates with 48 hours prior notice only. No refunds due to weather or water conditions. 

I have been given all instructions and a summary of applicable laws to my satisfaction concerning operation of this personal watercraft, boat or UTV including a handbook on boating or UTV safety. 

In addition to the foregoing rules this lease agreement is subject to all rules of the Arizona Fish, Wildlife and Parks Department. Lessee agrees that he/she will not violate any local, state or federal laws while operating the personal watercraft, boat or UTV.
